Age when you started singing

9 years old when I joined the local parish church choir.

Favourite opera or musical

Sweeney Todd

Favourite opera or musical role to perform

I’ve spent most of my singing career holding up the bass line in the back row of the chorus. That’s my main role and is something I hope to do for a little while yet!

A fun fact not many people know about you

I have sung for over 30 years with a Melbourne-based medieval ensemble, Acord.

Where's the strangest place you've performed?

The Vault at MONA in Hobart, in a 7 hour musical meditation on the Greek Akathistos Hymn!
