Bring opera into your classroom with a diversity of choices across our 2020 season.
Each production is supported by Education Resources that align with Australian Curriculum General Capabilities and Learning Areas. Through these resources, students can explore the processes behind opera production, the background of the work, and its relevance to the present day.
Discounted group prices for school bookings are now available for all mainstage productions. Student prices are $25 per student with one complimentary teacher ticket for every 10 students booked.

Complete your work experience with Victorian Opera and get hands-on experience with the elements behind opera production.
We welcome students who have a genuine curiosity about any aspect of the performing arts industry, in particular opera and musical theatre. Students who are accepted for work experience will be exposed to the different departments that make up Victorian Opera, not just performance elements.
Applications for work experience in 2020 are now closed. More information about our 2021 Program will become available in January 2021.
